Supply of Stationery, Miscellaneous, IT Equipment and Toners for Financial Year 2026-2027

The Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis & Human Resource Development Islamabad invites bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) from authorized distributors and general order suppliers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments for the supply of Stationery, Miscellaneous items, IT Equipment, and Toners for the Financial Year 2026-2027. The firms must have at least ten years of experience supplying stationery, non-stationery, miscellaneous items, and toners to government ministries and departments. Items being procured: - Stationery - Miscellaneous items - IT Equipment - Toners Bidding documents containing terms and conditions can be obtained free of cost from https://eprocure.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically only through EPADS. For registration and training on EPADS or in case of technical difficulties, prospective bidders may contact PPRA at 1st Floor, FBC Building Sector G-5/2, Islamabad, phone 051-111-137-237. Bids prepared according to the instructions must be submitted on EPADS by 07-09-2026 (Monday) at 02:30 p.m. Bids will be opened the same day at 03:00 p.m. through EPADS. Detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and quantity information are available on the Ministry's official website (www.ophrd.gov.pk) and PPRA website (www.ppra.org.pk). All interested bidders must register themselves at EPADS via https://eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration. Sealed bids must also be submitted in hard copy for record and must reach the undersigned not later than 02:30 p.m. on 07-09-2026. Earnest money in favor of DDO, Ministry of OP&HRD Islamabad, must also be submitted. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure timely registration and familiarization with the EPADS portal to avoid last-minute technical issues. Also, submitting both electronic and hard copy bids as required will prevent disqualification.
