Supply of Stationery Items

Engineering Consultancy Services Punjab (Pvt.) Limited (ECSP) Lahore invites bids for the supply of stationery items on a framework basis. This procurement targets firms, companies, sole proprietors, and general order suppliers registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments including Income Tax and Punjab Sales Tax. The bidding process follows the Single Stage One Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Items being procured: - Supply of Stationery Items The scope includes providing quality stationery supplies to ECSP’s Head Office located at 83 A/E-1, Main Boulevard Gulberg, Block E-1 Gulberg III, Lahore. Bidders must ensure compliance with all technical specifications and delivery schedules as per the bidding documents. The procurement emphasizes timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and Punjab Sales Tax authorities and have relevant experience in supplying stationery items. Bid security of Rs. 200,000 is mandatory and must be submitted in original form to the ECSP Head Office before bid opening. The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 28th July 2026 at 11:00 AM at the ECSP Head Office. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System by 11th August 2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual or courier submissions will not be accepted. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders’ representatives at the ECSP Head Office.
