Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the supply of various stationery items required by the Pakistan Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA), Lahore Division, for the financial year 2023-24. Located in Lahore, the department seeks quality stationery products including paper, files, pens, and other office consumables to support its administrative functions efficiently.
The procurement involves sourcing durable and standard-compliant stationery materials that meet the operational needs of WAPDA's Lahore office. Suppliers must ensure timely delivery and adherence to specifications to maintain smooth office workflows. The scope covers a wide range of items essential for daily office use, emphasizing quality and cost-effectiveness.
Bidders should hold a valid FBR registration and be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) for 2025-26. While PEC certification is not mandatory for stationery supply, compliance with tax and regulatory requirements is critical. Interested parties must prepare their Technical and Financial Bids carefully, including Earnest Money in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) as per tender rules.
The submission deadline is set for 8th October 2023, with bids opening promptly at 10:00 AM at the WAPDA Lahore Division office. All bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the procurement office located at WAPDA Complex, Lahore. Late submissions will not be entertained.
Pro-Tip: Make sure to check the newspaper advertisement for specific stamp duty and bid security requirements, which are often overlooked but essential for bid acceptance.
