Supply of Stationery Items for Balochistan Assessment & Examination Commission Quetta

The Balochistan Assessment & Examination Commission (BAEC) invites eligible bidders for the supply of stationery items in Quetta. This procurement is conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 and requires bidders to be registered on the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA. Items being procured: - Stationery (Total Item(s) Count: 2) The bidding process demands submission of a 2% bid security in the form of a deposit at call from a scheduled bank. Bidders must have completed 2 assignments of similar nature and complexity worth 2,000,000 PKR in the previous 2 years, with a turnover of at least 4,000,000 PKR in the subsequent 2 years. Firms must be active taxpayers with valid sales tax certificates and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency. Joint ventures are not allowed. Suppliers should provide samples of certificates, DMCs, or papers for evaluation to ensure compliance with required specifications and quality standards. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned for a fee of 1,000 PKR from the date of publication until 28 August 2026 during office hours on working days. The last date for bid submission is 28 August 2026 by 11:00 AM, with tender opening at 12:00 PM the same day at the Directorate of Education Balochistan Assessment & Examination Commission, Shawaksha Road, Quetta.
