Supply of Stationery Items at High Court of Sindh Karachi for Financial Year 2026–2027

The High Court of Sindh Karachi invites electronic bids from firms registered with the Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (SPPRA) for the supply of stationery items for various branches, offices, court rooms, and chambers of the High Court for the Financial Year 2026–2027. The procurement will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) with bids submitted electronically by 10:30 a.m. on Monday, 2nd November 2026. Bidders are required to examine samples before quoting. The procurement is governed by Sindh Public Procurement Rules, 2010, and bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS portal. A scanned copy of the Bid Security (2% of bid value) must be uploaded with the bid, and the original instrument along with a signed hard copy of the bid must reach the Bid Submission Address before bid opening time. Bids not accompanied by the requisite Bid Security will be rejected. Eligible bidders must be registered with SPPRA, hold valid NTN and Sales Tax registrations, appear on the FBR Active Taxpayers List, and have at least three years relevant experience with minimum average annual turnover of Rs. 5 million. The contract will be awarded to the lowest evaluated responsive bidder. Payment will be made after satisfactory delivery and acceptance. Bidders should quote inclusive prices in PKR, including all taxes and delivery charges. No price adjustments will be entertained. The bid opening will be public and bidders may attend online or in person.
