Items being procured: - Supply of Stationery and Office Supplies (Annual Framework Contract) - Supply of IT Items (Annual Framework Contract) Tender documents can be collected from the Office of the Manager Procurement against a non-refundable banker's cheque of Rs. 5,000 payable to Treasurer HITEC University Taxila at Askari Bank, HIT Taxila Branch. Each tender must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked with the tender name and accompanied by bid security as per tender documents. The technical scope covers the provision of quality stationery, office supplies, and IT items suitable for university use. Eligible bidders must be FBR-registered firms on the Active Taxpayers List. Earnest money and bid security requirements are detailed in the tender documents. The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Monday, October 26, 2026, at 1100 hrs. The last date for bid submission is Thursday, November 05, 2026, at 1230 hrs, with the opening of technical proposals on the same day at 1300 hrs.
