Supply of Stationery, Sweets, Government Building Lighting, Fixing and Street Light Materials on Daily Rental Basis

The Municipal Corporation Multan invites E-bids under Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024 and PPRA Rules 2014 for the financial year 2023-26 for the supply of various items on a daily rental basis in Multan city. Items being procured: - Lot #1: Supply of Stationery & other Accessories etc. (Rs. 400000) - Lot #2: Supply of Sweets, Gifts box, Flags etc. (Rs. 500000) - Lot #3: Illumination of Government Building on daily rental basis (Rs. 500000) - Lot #4: Supply and Fixing including loading & unloading etc of Tent Materials etc on daily rental basis (Rs. 1000000) - Lot #5: Supply and Fixing Street Light Materials etc (Rs. 3154146) The procurement covers supply and installation services related to stationery, sweets, government building illumination, tent materials, and street light materials on a daily rental basis. Bidders must be registered with Punjab E-Procurement System (e-procurement.punjab.gov.pk) and have valid NTN and FBR registration. Earnest money and bid security as per PPRA rules are mandatory. The bidding process is single stage two envelope procedure conducted online through the E-Procurement System. The E-Bid submission deadline is 21st September 2023 at 11:00 AM, with opening at 11:30 AM in the Committee Room MC Office Mumtazabad, Multan. Taxes will be deducted as per government rules.
