Supply of Stationery, Toners, Printing, Janitorial & General Items for FY-26-27

COMSATS University Islamabad (Wah Campus) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of goods planned for FY 2026-27. The procurement includes the supply of stationery, toners, printing, janitorial and general items under reference P86227. Items being procured: - Stationery - Toners - Printing materials - Janitorial supplies - General items The procurement will be conducted using the Single Stage - One Envelope method adopting the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in line with Public Procurement Rules 2004 and related regulations. All bids must be accompanied by bid security as described in the bidding documents in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft. Bidders must submit their bids electronically through the EPADS v2.0 system by Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at 11:00 am. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 am. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Interested bidders are required to register on EPADS v2.0 and can find detailed terms, conditions, and specifications on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System portal. Eligibility criteria include valid FBR registration and compliance with bid security requirements. The procurement office is located at the 2nd Floor, Faculty Block-2, G.T Road, Wah Cantt.
