Tender Description
The Directorate of Procurement (Navy), located near SNIDS Centre, Naval Residential Complex, Rawalpindi, invites bids for the supply of stores, equipment, and services as detailed in the attached Schedule to Tender (Form DP-2). This procurement is aimed at fulfilling the operational and logistical needs of the Pakistan Navy through a transparent and competitive bidding process.

Bidders are required to submit their proposals in a sealed envelope containing three sealed envelopes: Technical Offer in Duplicate, Earnest Money, and Commercial Offer. The Technical Offer must include various compliance documents such as Bank Challan, DP-1, DP-2, DP-3 forms, Manufacturer Authorization Letter, Price List, DGDP Registration Letter, and Tax Filing Proof. Earnest Money must be submitted separately as per the instructions. The Commercial Offer should clearly indicate prices, taxes, duties, freight, and insurance charges.
The tender process is governed by PPRA Rules-2004 and DPP&I-35 (Edition 2024). Firms must be registered or willing to register with DGDP to qualify. The tender documents must be carefully read and understood before submission. Offers must remain valid for 120 days from the date of opening. The Directorate reserves the right to accept the lowest technically accepted offer.
Tender submissions must reach the Directorate of Procurement (Navy) through Bahria Gate, Rawalpindi, by the specified deadline. Late submissions will not be entertained.
