Supply of Termination Kits and Straight Joints for Electrical Cables

The Gujranwala Electric Power Company Limited (GEPCO) invites electronic bids from registered and prequalified firms including DISCOs, NGC, WAPDA, GENCOs, or PPMC authorized dealers, manufacturers, and suppliers for the fiscal year 2026-27. The procurement is for supply of termination kits and straight joints for electrical cables to be delivered free of cost (FCS) at the GEPCO Warehouse in Wazirabad. Items being procured: - I/Door Termination Kit S/C 1000 MCM (100 units) - O/Door Termination Kit S/C 1000 MCM (200 units) - I/Door Termination Kit S/C 500 MCM (100 units) - O/Door Termination Kit S/C 500 MCM (100 units) - I/Door Termination Kit 4-AWG (100 units) - O/Door Termination Kit 4-AWG (100 units) - Straight Joints 500 MCM Cable (400 units) The technical scope includes supply of high-quality termination kits suitable for specified cable sizes and straight joints for 500 MCM cables. Delivery is expected within 120 days from the purchase order issuance date. Bidders must be registered on the EPADS v2.0 platform and submit bids electronically. The procurement will follow the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique under the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of PKR 0.6 million and meet the required average annual turnover of PKR 23 million for the last three years. Bidders should ensure their bids remain valid for 150 days and bid guarantees remain valid for 28 days beyond bid validity. Technical proposals must include valid type test reports from designated laboratories as per NTDC Type Test Policy 2023.
