Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO) invites bids for the supply of various electrical towers and poles along with their accessories for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is part of MEPCO’s Annual Procurement Plan and aims to enhance the power infrastructure in Multan. Nuts (120 Nos. Bolts & 60 Nos. Nuts) - Bolts for SPG type poles 03 Nos. Nuts (100 Nos. Bolts & 60 Nos. Nuts) - Bolts for SPG type poles 03 Nos. Nuts (84 Nos. Bolts & 84 Nos. Nuts) - Templates for SPA type poles with 240 Nos. washers (2 Nos.) - Templates for SPD type poles with 200 Nos. washers (1 No.) - Templates for SPG type poles with 168 Nos. washers (4 Nos.) The scope covers supply of high-quality electrical towers and poles with all necessary nuts, bolts, templates, and washers to ensure structural integrity and safety. The materials must comply with industry standards suitable for power transmission infrastructure. The site of delivery and installation is Multan, and the procurement is managed by MEPCO’s Project Management Unit. Eligible bidders must have valid PEC registration in the relevant category, be on the FBR Active Taxpayers List, and demonstrate prior experience in supplying similar electrical infrastructure components. Earnest Money in the form of Bid Security is required as per the amounts specified for each lot. The tender closing date is **27th August 2026** by 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM depending on the lot, with bid opening shortly after. Bidders must submit their bids electronically via the EPADS 2.0 portal before the deadline. Manual bids will not be accepted. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your bid security is in the correct form (Deposit-at-Call, Bank Draft, Pay Order, or Bid Guarantee) valid for 150 days after the tender opening date.
