Tender Description
Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO) invites bids for the supply of Tower Type ZM-1 with Stub, Cleats and Leg Extensions under its own resources in Sukkur, Sindh. This procurement covers the supply of 211 complete Tower Type ZM-1 units along with 3-meter and 6-meter leg extensions in specified quantities. The materials must comply with NTDC specifications and IEC standards, ensuring high quality and durability for transmission line infrastructure.
Bidders must be sales tax registered manufacturers or suppliers with at least five years of manufacturing experience in similar equipment. They should provide satisfactory operational experience certificates, financial statements for the last three years, and demonstrate sound financial capacity with an average annual turnover exceeding twice the quoted price. Bid security in the form of CDR or bank guarantee valid for 120 days is mandatory. The delivery period is 180 days from the issuance of the purchase order, with partial deliveries allowed.
The tender requires submission of bids through the E-PADS system on the PPRA website, with all technical and financial documents duly signed and notarized. Bidders must also submit an undertaking on non-judicial stamp paper confirming they are not blacklisted or debarred. The bid validity period is 90 days from the date of opening. The submission deadline is 7th July 2026 by 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:00 AM the same day.
