Supply and Transportation of Bridge Materials at Waht-Garm Chashma, Lower Chitral

Aga Khan Rural Support Programme (AKRSP) invites sealed quotations from eligible, qualified and experienced suppliers/firms for the supply and transportation of bridge materials at Waht-Garm Chashma, Lower Chitral. The procurement includes supply, packing, loading, transportation, unloading and delivery of structural steel, wire ropes, GI pipes and fittings, anchorage rods, plates, bolts, clamps and other bridge materials as specified in the RFQ/BOQ. All materials must be brand new, unused, free from defects and compliant with the specified technical requirements. Items being procured: - Structural steel - Wire ropes - GI pipes and fittings - Anchorage rods - Plates - Bolts - Clamps - Other bridge materials as per RFQ/BOQ Bidders must have at least two similar completed supply and transportation contracts and demonstrate cumulative completed supply experience of approximately PKR 5 million. A bid security of 2.5% of the total quoted bid value is mandatory. Quoted rates must include all applicable taxes, duties, transportation, loading/unloading and other statutory/incidental costs. No advance payment shall be made; payment will be made against specified delivery milestones, subject to satisfactory inspection and verification by AKRSP. The submission deadline is **September 07, 2026**, by close of business. Sealed quotations shall be submitted by hand or reputable courier to the Regional Office, AKRSP, Near Shahi Qilla, Chitral. Late, incomplete, unsigned, unstamped or non-responsive quotations may be rejected. AKRSP reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations in accordance with its applicable procurement policies.
