Tender Description

The District Police Officer Lasbela invites eligible bidders for the supply of transportation, storage, and mail services in Uthal, Balochistan. This procurement covers a total of eight items related to transportation and storage services required by the police department. Bidders must be registered with the Electronic Public Procurement System of Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (BPPRA) as all bids will be submitted electronically; no physical bids are accepted. The scope includes providing reliable transportation and storage solutions along with mail services to support police operations. The bidding firm must demonstrate experience with at least two assignments of similar nature and complexity, each worth PKR 50 million, completed within the last two years. Additionally, bidders must have an accumulated turnover of at least PKR 50 million in the previous two years and be present on the Active Taxpayer List with a valid BRA registration certificate. Firms currently blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan are not eligible. The procedure follows a single stage two envelope bidding process.
