Supply of Trout Fish Feed Seed and Related Items

The Office of the Assistant Director Fisheries Skardu invites sealed tenders (Technical + Financial) from well reputed firms, manufacturers, authorized dealers, agents, suppliers, and contractors for the supply of trout fish feed and seed for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is specifically for the Skardu region under the Government of Gilgit Baltistan. Items being procured: - 16000 kg best quality floating pelleted/starter trout fish feed - Best quality trout fish seed - Chicken liver and eggs The technical scope includes supply of high-quality fish feed and seed suitable for trout fish farming. The supplier must ensure the feed is pelleted and floating, meeting the best quality standards. The tender also includes chicken liver and eggs as part of the supply. The delivery and inspection will be conducted at the purchaser's delivery point in Nagholispang, Skardu. The purchaser reserves the right to inspect, test, and reject supplies if they do not meet the required standards. Eligibility criteria require bidders to submit sealed computerized tenders on their firm letterhead along with attested copies of Form C and Deed of Partnership. A 2% Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from a scheduled bank in favor of the Assistant Director Fisheries Skardu must accompany the financial proposals. The bidder should have authorized dealership of trout fish feed manufacturers. Tender documents will not be issued without original CDR. The closing date for submission is 10th August 2026 at 10:30 AM, with the tender opening at 11:00 AM the same day at the Office of the Assistant Director Fisheries Nagholispang Skardu. Tender documents can be obtained from the office near Alarndar Chowk Skardu during office hours.
