Supply of Uniform Cloth, Shoes, Bags and Accessories for Airports Security Force Karachi

The Headquarters Airports Security Force Karachi invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of various uniform cloth, shoes, bags, and accessories. The procurement is for supply of the following items: - Shirting Cloth - ASF (46000 meters) - Trouser Cloth - ASF (42000 meters) - Shalwar Cloth (3000 meters) - Stitched Camouflage Uniform (14000 sets) - T-Shirt F/S (Winter) (14000 Nos.) - T-Shirt H/S (Summer) (21000 Nos.) - Combat Boot (4500 pairs) - Oxford Shoes (5000 pairs) - Jersey Pullover (8000 Nos.) - Female Bag (500 Nos.) - Female Shoes (800 pairs) - Force Sign (28000 Nos.) - Jungle Hat (3500 Nos.) - Socks Black (15000 pairs) The technical scope includes supply of high-quality uniform materials and accessories suitable for ASF personnel. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and submit bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System portal. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of Pay Order or Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of Headquarters Airports Security Force. The original bid security must reach the office before bid closing to avoid disqualification. The e-bids must be submitted on or before 21 August 2026 at 1100 A.M. and will be opened on the same day at 11:30 A.M. using EPADS v2.0. The procurement office is located at HQs ASF Karachi. DG ASF reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per PPRA Rules, 2004. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure timely registration on EPADS v2.0 and to forward the original bid security instrument well before the closing date to avoid disqualification.
