Supply of Winter Uniform Cloth, Jersey and Socks by National Engineering Services Pakistan (NESPAK) Lahore

National Engineering Services Pakistan (NESPAK) Head Office Lahore invites eligible manufacturers, authorized vendors, and suppliers with a minimum of 5 years experience to submit e-bids for the supply of winter uniform cloth, jersey, and socks for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using a Single Stage One Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 and submit their bids online by the deadline of Monday, October 12, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. Original bid security in the form of a Pay Order must be submitted physically to the Procurement Cell at NESPAK House Lahore before the closing time. Items being procured: - Shalwar Kameez Cloth: 4230 meters, plain weave synthetic fabric, mass per unit area 180 Gram/Sq. meter ±2Gram, fiber composition Polyester 80% ±5%, Viscose 20% ±5%, width 51"±1 - Jersey: 307 Nos., GSM 450 mg ±5%, Acrylic 65% ±5%, Polyester 35% ±5% - Socks: 614 pairs, fiber composition Cotton 70% ±5%, Polyester with Lycra 30% ±5%, standard weight 60 gm ±5 The supply shall be made according to approved samples within 27 days of contract award. Cloth shall be supplied in packets of 13.5 meters and 15 meters. Bidders must attach GST, NTN, experience certificates, work orders, and lab test reports with their bids. Pay order of Rs. 200,000 as earnest money is required and will be retained until supply completion. Payment will be released within four weeks of supply of approved stock. In case of disapproval, the supplier must lift the stock at their own expense within 3 days. NESPAK reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities and to place repeat orders within 3 months. Technical scope includes compliance with detailed specifications for fabric composition, colorfastness, and quality standards. Eligibility requires registration with FBR, valid NTN, and minimum 5 years of experience. Bids must be in English and submitted through EPADS v2.0 only.
