Supply of Uniforms for Support Staff of Federal Constitutional Court of Pakistan

The Federal Constitutional Court of Pakistan (FCCP), Islamabad, invites sealed bids under the Single Stage-Two Envelope Procedure from registered firms and vendors for the supply of uniforms for the support staff of the Court. Items being procured: - Uniforms and liveried items for support staff Firms or vendors not already registered with the FCCP may register by submitting the prescribed Registration Form along with a non-refundable registration fee of Rs.5,000. Interested firms must be eligible and experienced suppliers of uniforms and liveried items. The Registration Form and Bidding Documents, containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications, quantities, and other relevant information, are available free of cost on the official website of the Court at https://fccp.gov.pk. These documents may also be obtained from the Office of the Assistant Registrar (Procurement), Federal Constitutional Court of Pakistan, Islamabad, on payment of Rs.500. The Registration Form (in a separate envelope) and bids, complete in all respects, must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the Assistant Registrar (Procurement), Federal Constitutional Court of Pakistan, Islamabad, on or before 23-10-2026 at 03:00 PM. The Technical Bids shall be opened on the same day at 03:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend. The Competent Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids by assigning reasons, as deemed appropriate. Bidders are advised to ensure timely submission and compliance with all registration and bidding requirements to avoid disqualification.
