Supply of Uniforms and Outfit Items for City Warden Department, Karachi Metropolitan Corporation

The Karachi Metropolitan Corporation (KMC) invites reputable firms to submit bids for the supply of uniforms and outfit items for the City Warden Department in Karachi. This procurement is conducted under the Single Stage – One Envelope Procedure through the Sindh E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS). The estimated cost of the tender is **PKR 61.800 Million**. Bidders must have valid NTN, active FBR ATL status, sales tax registration, Karachi Chamber of Commerce membership, and demonstrate relevant experience with at least three years in uniform supply and stitching. A stitching unit with cut-to-pack production capability is mandatory and will be physically verified. Samples must be submitted with the bid. The bid security is 5% of the estimated cost, and a non-refundable bidding document fee of Rs. 5,000 is required. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS portal by **03:00 p.m. on 02-11-2026**. Original bidding document fee pay order must also be submitted to the office of the Director (Contract Management Wing), KMC by the deadline. Bids will be opened the same day at 03:30 p.m. at the same venue. In case of no or non-responsive bids, re-opening will be on 17-11-2026 at 03:30 p.m. The KMC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning reasons.
