The Government Sadiq College Women University Bahawalpur (GSCWU) invites electronic bids (e-bids) from eligible firms, companies, suppliers, manufacturers, authorized agents, dealers, and distributors duly registered with relevant Income Tax and GST authorities for procurement during the Financial Year 2026-27 in Bahawalpur city. Items being procured: - UPS & Batteries (Specifications/Quantity/detail of items are in bidding document) This procurement involves supply of UPS and batteries to meet the university's operational needs. The bidding documents containing complete details, specifications, quantities, terms, and conditions are available free of cost through the Punjab E-Procurement system at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk, PPRA website http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk, and the university website www.gscwu.edu.pk. Bidders must submit bids electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System by Friday, October 23, 2026, up to 10:30 AM. Technical proposals will be opened electronically the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives. Eligibility requires registration with Income Tax and GST authorities, submission of bid security amounting to 5% of the estimated cost (Rs. 194,025/-), and compliance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bids must be accompanied by bid security and submitted/uploaded electronically with separate technical and financial proposals. Conditional or incomplete bids may be rejected.
