Tender Description
The Fisheries Department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is inviting bids for the supply of various fisheries-related items for the fiscal years 2026-27, 2027-28, and 2028-29. This procurement is aimed at supporting the department's ongoing projects and operational needs across the province. The tender covers a wide range of fisheries supplies, with detailed schedules for submission and earnest money requirements for each item category.
The technical scope includes the provision of fisheries materials and equipment as specified by the department. Bidders are expected to comply with the quality standards and delivery timelines set forth by the Fisheries Department. The procurement process will be conducted through an e-auction system accessible via the official fisheries website, ensuring transparency and competitive pricing.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). They should also possess relevant experience in supplying fisheries or related goods. Submission of a valid CDR as earnest money is mandatory before the technical bid opening. The department reserves the right to reject any bid that does not meet the stipulated conditions or fails to provide the required documentation.
The tender submission deadline is set for 31st July 2026 at 23:59:59. Interested suppliers should carefully review the detailed schedule for bid submission times and earnest money amounts for each item category. Bids must be submitted electronically through the e-auction portal, and late submissions will not be entertained.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure early registration on the e-auction platform and timely submission of all required documents, including the CDR. This will help avoid last-minute technical issues and disqualification. Familiarity with the e-auction process and adherence to the Fisheries Department's guidelines will enhance the chances of a successful bid.
