Bidders must submit their technical documents by 4th September 2026. The tender opening will be held on 8th September 2026 at 1000 hrs in the presence of firm representatives. Eligibility criteria include valid MD CNIC, DGDP registration, MoH product registration, DRAP manufacturing license, export/import license (if applicable), DGDP financial capability letter, NTN and Sales Tax certificates, and market share certificate as per Intercontinental Medical Statistics data. Payment of PKR 2000 as tender fee is required for each tender separately. Bid security is required as earnest money with rates varying from 2% to 5% depending on firm registration status. The offer validity is 120 days from the commercial offer opening date. Performance guarantee of 5% of contract value is mandatory within 30 days of contract signing. Submission of bidding documents must be in sealed envelopes clearly marked with tender enquiry number and submitted by 0930 hours on the opening date.
