Thalassaemia Patients Welfare Society Nawabshah, District Shaheed Benazir Abad, invites sealed bids for the day to day supply of medicines for the financial year 2026-2027. This procurement is based on the Zakat Budget 2026-27 and is intended to ensure a continuous supply of essential medicines for deserving and poor thalassaemia patients registered with the society. The notice is open to manufacturers, importers, distributors, medical stores, and retailers who are registered with income tax and sales tax authorities and have a valid Drug Sales License. Items being procured: - Zakat Fund 2026-27 Day to day Supply of Medicines for Patients at Thalassaemia Patients Welfare Society Nawabshah (quantity as per demand) The technical scope covers the supply of FDA-approved oncology medicines and other required drugs as per the society's demand, to be delivered on a monthly basis against prescription/indent copies for each patient. The contract period will run until June 2027. Bidders must submit a bid security of 6% of the quoted amount and a non-refundable tender fee of PKR 1000. The last date for submission is 22-09-2026 up to 11:00 AM, and bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
