Supply of Various Trees for District Khushab

The District Council Khushab invites sealed tenders from eligible and interested suppliers for the supply of various types of trees to be planted along the eastern and western sides of the roads in the district. This procurement is aimed at enhancing the greenery and environmental quality of the area. Items being procured: - 25 Sheesham trees (both sides of the road) - 34 Shatoot trees (both sides of the road) - 1 Kikar tree - 2 Peepal trees The scope includes supplying healthy and suitable saplings of the specified tree types for planting along the roadsides in Khushab. The trees must be of good quality and appropriate for the local climate and soil conditions. Bidders must submit a security deposit of PKR 500,000 in the form of CDR or pay order before the tender submission deadline. The security will be returned to unsuccessful bidders after the tender process. Each bidder must provide a valid CNIC copy with their bid. Bids must be submitted before the deadline and late submissions will not be accepted. The total price quoted should include all applicable taxes, including 10% withholding tax. The successful bidder will be required to collect the full payment along with taxes within seven days of the bid acceptance. The tender opening and submission will take place at the District Council Khushab conference hall on 20-08-2026 at 11:00 AM. Any disputes or challenges will be resolved by the Deputy Commissioner or Commissioner, whose decision will be final.
