Tender Description
Bahria University Lahore Campus invites bids for the purchase of high-performance laptops and a GPU Work Station to support its IT Department. The procurement is based in Lahore, Punjab, and aims to equip the university with advanced computing equipment to enhance academic and research capabilities.
Items being procured:
- GPU Work Station (Ultra 9 285K) - 1 Nos
- Laptop (Ultra 7 258V) - 1 Nos
- Laptop (Ultra 7 155U) - 1 Nos
The GPU Work Station features an Intel Core Ultra 9 285K CPU, Z890 motherboard, RTX 5090 GPU with 32GB, 64GB DDR5 RAM, 2TB PCIe 5.0 NVMe SSD storage, 1650w 80+ Platinum PSU, 360mm AIO cooling, ATX case, professional keyboard and wireless mouse, and a 23.8 inch FHD LED display with a 1-year warranty. The laptops include the Ultra 7 258V with an 8-core processor, 32GB RAM, 1TB SSD, Intel Arc 140V GPU, 14" 3K OLED touchscreen, and the Ultra 7 155U with a 12-core processor, 8GB RAM, 512GB SSD, 16" WUXGA display, both with 1-year local warranty.
Bidders must have at least five years of relevant experience, demonstrate capability with technical infrastructure and staff, and provide proof of FBR registration and tax clearance. An affidavit confirming no blacklisting by any government organization is required. The bid security is Rs. 180,000 in the form of an irrevocable call deposit or pay order. Bids must be submitted on the prescribed formats; non-compliance may lead to rejection.
The delivery schedule requires completion within 15 days of purchase order issuance. A committee will inspect and accept the goods. A one-year comprehensive warranty with parts is mandatory. Liquidated damages of 1% per day up to 10 days apply for delays, after which the university may cancel the order and procure elsewhere at the bidder's risk.
The bid submission deadline is 05-10-2026 at 11:30 AM, with technical bids opening the same day at 12:00 PM at Bahria University Lahore Campus, 47 C, Civic Center, Johar Town, Lahore. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 28-09-2026 at 2:00 PM. Bids can be submitted by hand in the bid box at the procurement office or by courier ensuring timely delivery.
