Supply of Abhalani Material, Vehicle Repair, Drain Maintenance and Pump Station Works in Shikarpur Drainage Division

The Office of the Executive Engineer Shikarpur Drainage Division Shikarpur invites sealed bids for the procurement of goods, works, and services for the financial year 2026-27. This tender is specifically for the supply of Abhalani material, repair of government vehicles, repair of SCARP Colony Shikarpur residential and office buildings, and maintenance of branch drains and sub drains using earth moving machinery. Contractors must have at least 3 years of relevant experience in similar bids and be registered with relevant provincial and federal tax authorities with active FBR/ATL status. Earnest money in the form of call deposit or bid security at 1% amounting to Rs. 719,250 is required. The bidding documents will be issued upon payment of Rs. 2000 as per SPPRA rules. The bidding schedule is as follows: documents will be issued from 01-08-2026 to 17-08-2026 until 01:00 PM. Bids must be received by 17-08-2026 at 02:00 PM and will be opened the same day at 03:00 PM in the presence of contractors or their authorized agents. The bid validation period is 90 days. The lowest rates quoted shall remain valid and binding for the entire financial year 2026-27.
