Tender Description
Govt. Special Education Centre, for Remaining 03-Disabilities, Okara invites bids for the purchase of winter and summer uniforms for 186 special students (boys and girls) for the financial year 2026-27. Interested firms registered on the Punjab E-Procurement System and with valid Income Tax and GST registration may submit their bids only through the Punjab E-Procurement System portal by 12-10-2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of firm representatives who wish to attend.

The procurement involves supplying quality uniforms suitable for the special needs of the students at the Govt. Special Education Centre, Okara. Bidders must ensure compliance with all terms and conditions issued by PPRA Punjab and the Punjab E-Procurement System. Earnest money amounting to 5% of the bid value (Rs. 100,000) must be deposited digitally through the online payment system linked with BOP. Manual bid security or CDR/Bank Guarantee will not be accepted.
All bidding documents are available on the PPRA Punjab website (http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk). Bidders are advised to upload their bids well before the deadline to avoid last-minute issues. The procurement will follow a single-stage two-envelope procedure as per PPRA rules. The lowest evaluated bidder will be awarded the contract.
Bids must be submitted online only. For correspondence, postal submissions can be sent to the Headmaster, Govt. Special Education Centre, Akbar Road near Sabri Mor, Okara. Firms should ensure they meet all eligibility criteria including registration on the Punjab E-Procurement System, valid tax documentation, and earnest money deposit.
A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your bid submission on the Punjab E-Procurement System is completed well before the deadline to avoid technical glitches or portal downtime, as late submissions will not be entertained.
