Supply of Winter Uniform Cloth, Jerseys and Socks

National Engineering Services Pakistan (Pvt.) Limited (NESPAK) invites e-bids from manufacturers, vendors and suppliers with minimum experience of 05 years for the procurement of winter uniform items in Lahore. Items being procured: - Shalwar Kameez Cloth for Uniform (Approximately 4230 meters) - Jersey (Approximately 307 Nos.) - Socks (Approximately 614 Pairs) The procurement involves supply of quality cloth and finished winter uniform items suitable for official use. Bidders must ensure materials meet NESPAK's specifications and standards for durability and comfort. The supply will be used for official uniforms, requiring reliable and timely delivery. Eligible bidders should have at least five years of relevant experience and must submit a refundable earnest money pay order of Rs. 200,000. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS by the deadline. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day in the presence of bidders who choose to attend. Terms and conditions, including tax and duty requirements, are available on EPADS, PPRA, and NESPAK websites. NESPAK reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Rule 33 of PPRA. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their bids and ensure all required documents and earnest money are submitted on time to avoid disqualification.
