Naseer Ullah Khan Babar Memorial Hospital Peshawar invites bids through KP-EPADS from firms duly registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority for the supply of medical items for the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - X-Ray Films with Call Deposit (CDR) of 200000 - Lab Reagents Chemical etc. with Call Deposit (CDR) of 400000 The procurement will be conducted under Single Stage Single Envelope procedure as per KPPRA Rules 2014 and applicable government procurement policies. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax and KPRA where applicable and possess all valid registrations required under law. Detailed bidding documents, specifications and evaluation criteria are available on KP-EPADS and can also be obtained from the office of the undersigned during office hours. Bids must be submitted electronically through KP-EPADS within the prescribed date and time; manual bids will not be accepted. The bid security and other required documents must be submitted before the closing date and time where applicable. The successful bidder will execute a contract agreement with the Medical Superintendent on the prescribed E-Stamp paper. The Procuring Entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids proposals at any time prior to acceptance in accordance with Rule 47 of KPPRA Rules 2014. Quoted rates shall remain valid up to 30 June 2027.
