Supplying and Filling of Sand/Silt near Academic Block-3

Shaheed Benazir Bhutto University Shaheed Benazirabad invites bids for the supplying and filling of sand/silt near Academic Block-3 located at Landhi Stop Sakrand Road, Nawabshah. This procurement is under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per SPPRA Rules. Items being procured: - Supplying and filling of sand/silt in dressed areas near Academic Block-3 (380 Dumpers) The scope involves delivery and filling of sand/silt at the specified university site. The materials must meet the technical specifications outlined in the Bill of Quantities and be delivered within three months from the issuance of the procurement order. The work will be inspected and verified by a committee to ensure compliance with quality and specifications. Eligible bidders must have at least three years of relevant experience, valid NTN, GST, and SRB registrations, and an average annual turnover of at least PKR 10 million. Bid security of 5% of the quoted amount is required in the form of a demand draft. The bid validity period is 90 days. The submission deadline is 18-08-2026 at 11:00 AM via the Sindh e-Procurement system (EPADS). Late bids will not be accepted. The financial bids of technically qualified bidders will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM.
