Tender Description
This is an annual procurement tender issued by the National Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases, Karachi, for the supply of surgical and disposable anesthesia items. The tender invites manufacturers, importers, and their authorized distributors to submit bids electronically via the EPADS SPPRA portal. Physical bids are not accepted. The technical scope requires all items to be new, CE Marked, FDA & DRAP approved where applicable, and compliant with country of origin regulatory authorities. Samples must be submitted three days prior to technical bid opening. Delivery for local items is within 30 days and 90 days for imported items, delivered duty paid (DDP) or C&F Karachi basis as applicable. Bidders must be registered with FBR and have active tax status. Earnest money of 2% of bid price is required in the form of call deposit, pay order, or bank guarantee. The tender follows the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure with electronic bid submission only.
