Tender Description
The Medical Teaching Institution (MTI) District Headquarter (DHQ) Teaching Hospital in Dera Ismail Khan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, is procuring a comprehensive range of surgical disposable, medicine, and general items under a framework contract for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement aims to enhance healthcare service delivery by ensuring availability of quality medical supplies to support hospital operations.
The technical scope includes surgical and disposable/implant items, miscellaneous items for OT, labs and units, sutures, dressing cotton, X-ray and dental X-ray films, medical and LPG gas, laboratory chemicals, reagents and disposable items, dental chemicals and disposables, dialysis chemicals and disposables, drugs/medicine, IT equipment, general items, and local purchase of medicine and surgical supplies. Bidders must submit a bid security of PKR 500,000 for each category.
Eligible bidders should be registered with the FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). They must comply with the KP-PPRA rules and submit bids through the EPADS system. Experience in supplying medical and surgical items to government or reputable healthcare institutions will be advantageous. The procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under KP-PPRA rules.
The bid submission deadline is **12th May 2026 at 11:00 AM**, with technical bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 28th April 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bidders must upload scanned copies of bids and mandatory documents on EPADS and submit original Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) as bid security in the name of MTI DHQ TH D.I.Khan. Bids by hand, post, courier, email, or fax will not be accepted.
