The surveyor is also responsible for capturing photographic and video evidence in compliance with HSE guidelines and submitting comprehensive reports within 15 days of the survey.
Eligible bidders should have relevant experience in surveyor services, be registered with FBR and ATL, and comply with any PEC category requirements if applicable. The contract duration is one year, extendable up to two years based on performance. The evaluation will be based on a weighted score of 70% technical and 30% financial bids. The work allocation will be divided between the top two scoring bidders.
