Hiring of Training Service Providers for Umeed – Skills for Inclusion Program for Persons with Disabilities (PWDs)

Punjab Skills Development Fund (PSDF) invites bids for the hiring of training service providers under the Umeed – Skills for Inclusion Program specifically designed for Persons with Disabilities (PWDs). PSDF is a not-for-profit company established by the Government of Punjab to promote skills development across the province. This procurement is conducted through a single stage two envelope bidding procedure via the Punjab e-Procurement System. Items being procured: - Hiring of Training Service Providers for Umeed – Skills for Inclusion Program for Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) with a tenure of one year, extendable based on terms. The scope includes delivering specialized training services tailored to PWDs, ensuring inclusivity and skill enhancement to improve employment opportunities. The program requires experienced and tax-registered bidders with proven capability in training delivery for disabled persons. Bidders must comply with PSDF's evaluation criteria and terms & conditions available on the Punjab e-Procurement System and PSDF website. Eligibility criteria include valid FBR registration, relevant experience, and submission of earnest money as per PSDF guidelines. The technical bid opening is scheduled for November 16, 2026, at 03:30 PM. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System by or before the deadline of November 15, 2026, 03:00 PM. Late submissions will be rejected. A pre-bid meeting will be held on November 04, 2026, at 11:00 AM via MS Teams (link and passcode provided in the notice).
