Hiring of Testing Agency for Recruitment in Punjab Provincial Transport Authority

The Transport & Masstransit Department invites eligible firms and testing agencies registered on the Punjab E-Procurement System (EP) and PPRA website to provide testing services for recruitment in the Punjab Provincial Transport Authority, Lahore. This procurement aims to engage the best human resource testing agency in an efficient, transparent, merit-based, fair, and reliable manner. The applicant firms must have valid registration with Sales Tax and Income Tax departments, sufficient managerial, technical, and financial capabilities. Firms must be active taxpayers with FBR and registered with Punjab Revenue Authority, having no blacklisting or litigation with any public or private institution. Items being procured: - Hiring of Testing Agency for Recruitment of Staff The scope includes conducting recruitment testing as per the evaluation criteria provided in the bidding documents. Bidders must submit digital bid security equal to 2% of the expected cost through a digital bank guarantee or e-bank guarantee via the Punjab E-Procurement System. The bidding documents are available on the Punjab E-Procurement System and PPRA website. Bids will be opened on 25th November 2026 at 11:30 am through e-PADS in the presence of applicants or their authorized representatives at the Committee Room of the Transport & Masstransit Department, Lahore.
