Tender Description
Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB), Government of the Punjab, Lahore, invites qualified firms to submit proposals for Technical Consultancy services aimed at establishing a Government AI cloud. This initiative focuses on enabling advanced digital technologies through Electronic Data Management (EDM) and AI-driven digital services, reflecting the government's commitment to digital transformation.

The consultancy will cover the technical scope of designing, planning, and implementing a scalable AI cloud infrastructure that supports advanced digital services. The project requires expertise in cloud computing, AI integration, and electronic data management systems. The consultancy will assist in ensuring the solution aligns with government standards and future scalability.
Eligible bidders should possess relevant experience in AI cloud projects, hold valid FBR registration, and comply with PITB's procurement rules. Firms must submit complete technical and financial proposals in separate envelopes as per the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The submission deadline is 17th August 2026 by 1100 hours, with proposals opening at 1130 hours the same day. A pre-proposal session is scheduled for 5th August 2026 at 1100 hours at PITB's 11th floor office.
Bidders are advised to carefully follow the submission guidelines, ensuring all documents are signed, stamped, and complete. Incomplete or late submissions will be rejected. The earnest money and other financial requirements must be in accordance with the RFP.
