Procurement of Telephone Exchange for Bahria University Dental College and Hospital at Karachi

Bahria University invites bids for the procurement of a Telephone Exchange system for its Dental College and Hospital located in Karachi. The tender includes the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a comprehensive IP-PBX telephone exchange system with advanced features and capacity to support a large number of analog and IP extensions. Items being procured: - Telephone Exchange IP-PBX / PABX System with 110 Analog Extension Ports, 40 IP Extension Licenses, 80 Analog Trunk Interfaces, and full standard PABX features (1 job) - 15U Wall Mounted Equipment Rack with mounting accessories and cable management (1 job) - Installation, testing, and termination of 200-Pair Building Side MDF (Krone Type Connection Module) with all necessary accessories (1 job) The technical scope includes a system expandable up to 32,000 IP and TDM ports, supporting multiple card types and protocols such as SIP and H.323. The system will be housed in a 19-inch 3U rack mount chassis and must operate reliably within specified environmental conditions. The supplier must provide complete programming, configuration, system integration, installation materials, testing, commissioning, one-year manufacturer support, hardware warranty, documentation, and training for client staff. Eligible bidders must comply with PEC categories as applicable, hold valid FBR/ATL registration, and demonstrate relevant experience. The bid must include the original manufacturer's technical catalogue, detailed specifications, and a compliance statement. Earnest Money in the form of Call Deposit or Bid Securing Declaration is mandatory. The bid submission deadline is Wednesday, August 19, 2026, at 11:00 AM via EPADS v2.0. Manual submissions are not accepted. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM.
