Term Contract for Internal / External Electric and Water Supply in E&M Sub Division Swat

The Military Engineering Services (MES) invites applications from qualified contractors for term contracts involving internal and external electric and water supply works in the E&M Sub Division under GE (Const) Swat. The contracts include two main works: - Term Contract for Internal / External Electric Supply in E&M Sub Division Under GE (Const) Swat - Term Contract for Internal / External Water Supply in E&M Sub Division Under GE (Const) Swat Each contract has an estimated cost of Rs. 3.9 Million. Contractors must be enlisted with MES in categories A, B, C, D, or E to be eligible. Those not enlisted must deposit 2% of the estimated cost as earnest money in the Government Treasury or any scheduled Bank of Pakistan in favor of GE (Const) Swat. The treasury receipt or bank receipt must accompany the application. Applicants are required to submit their applications for issuance of tender documents along with complete credentials. Only qualified and scrutinized contractors/firms who have sufficient experience in the relevant field and meet special conditions will be issued tenders. The tender submission deadline is 01 October 2026 by 1130 hours, and tenders will be opened the same day at 1200 hours in the office of the Accepting Officer. All contractors must certify registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and submit a copy of their PEC registration. Contractors not registered with PEC or not on the approved MES contractors list are ineligible to apply. Details of works can be obtained from the office of the concerned executive on any working day. The acceptance officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender as per Para 33(i) of PPRA Rules. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their technical and financial bids and ensure timely submission to avoid disqualification. Earnest money and PEC registration are critical eligibility criteria.
