Pakistan Ordnance Factories (POF) Havelian Cantt invites applications for prequalification from firms and contractors for a comprehensive term contract and various repair, maintenance, supply, and renovation works within the factory and estate areas. This tender covers a wide range of civil, electrical, and supply works to maintain and improve infrastructure and facilities at POF Havelian Cantt. Items being procured: - Term Contract for Repair / Maintenance & Minor Works of Buildings inside Factory & CAR Area - Repair / Maintenance of Screeding of Building No. P-5/04 inside Factory Area - Supply and Fixing of Steel Reinforcement of Main Lab & Chemical Coating of Veranda Roof - Repair / Maintenance of Road patches at Admin Gate & CAR Area - Plastering and Stonework of Main Lab - Supply of Sand Lawerancepur - Supply of Crushed Stone - Supply of 1st Class Burnt Bricks - Supply of Portland Cement - Renovation of 05 Toilet Blocks inside Factory Area - Renovation of 02 Shift Rooms inside Factory Area - Rectification of leakage/seepage in Section Offices Buildings (P-11/28, P-12/28, P-13/28 & P-14/28) - Clearing of Sewerage lines by Rodding & well flushing inside Factory Area - Term Contract for Repair / Maintenance & Minor Works of Buildings in Estate Area - PCC work of Imam Bargah, Plaza Road Shoulders & near G-type Quarters in Estate Area - Repair / Maintenance of Sewerage line from F-53 to F-25 in Estate Area - Repair / Maintenance of Officers Family Park Entrance Gate, Walls & Grills along B and D-type Bungalows - Replacement of Miscellaneous items including Chandelier, fancy lights and 02 AC units (4 Ton each) at Central Jamia Mosque - Replacement of Windows, Marble Stone, POP wall decor, calligraphy and Electric work at Jamia Masjid - Repair / Maintenance of Tile works, Ceiling, Plastering work complete (internal/external) and Electrification work of Bungalow B-02 - Renovation of Washrooms, Wardrobes and Miscellaneous Civil works at Bungalow No. B-02 - Replacement of Miscellaneous interior & exterior works including Prayer Matt, exterior calligraphy and Mehrab Decor at Central Jamia Mosque - Renovation of 05 Kitchens of C-type Bungalows - Renovation of 05 Kitchens of D-type Bungalows - Renovation of 05 Washrooms in C-type Bungalows - Renovation of 05 Washrooms in D-type Bungalows - Repair / Maintenance of Fence around Guest House - Repair / Maintenance & Renovation work of Officers Club Kitchen & Dining Hall - Clearing of sewerage lines by Rodding & well flushing in Estate Area - Miscellaneous Civil & Electrification works in Estate Area The scope includes civil works, electrical repairs, supply of construction materials, and maintenance of various buildings and infrastructure within the POF Havelian Cantt premises. Contractors must have relevant PEC registration and be active taxpayers on the FBR ATL list. Experience, capability, and resources will be evaluated during prequalification. Applications must include partnership deed or firm registration, affidavit of no blacklisting, tax payment certificates, PEC registration, and bank statements for the last two years. Earnest money of 2% of contract amount in the form of CDR in favor of Manager - Civil POF Havelian is mandatory. Separate applications are required for each work. Tender documents will be issued to prequalified firms. Bids must be submitted at the Bid Centre (Rabta Hall) by 10:30 AM on 08-09-2026, with opening at 11:00 AM the same day. In case of public holiday or emergency, submission and opening will be on the next working day at the same times.
