Supply of Stationery, Miscellaneous Items, Photocopier Toners, Printing Items and Computer Accessories for Financial Year 2026-2027

The Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority (PEMRA) invites experienced and tax-registered suppliers to participate in a procurement tender for the supply of stationery, miscellaneous items, photocopier toners, printing items, and computer accessories for the Financial Year 2026-2027. This procurement is conducted under a Closed Framework Agreement with a duration of 12 months, commencing upon contract award. Items being procured include: - Stationery items such as ballpoint pens, box files, binder clips, correction pens, cotton tags, computer paper (A4 and legal sizes), envelopes (various sizes and types), file boards, gum sticks, highlighters, log books, markers, note pads, paper clips, pencils, plastic clip files, post-it pads, registers, scotch tape, staplers, steel rulers, transparent file folders - Miscellaneous items including acid drain cleaner, waste buckets, batteries (AA, AAA), electric call bells, dusters, extension leads, insect killers, brooms, mops, detergents, wipers - Printing items such as PVC office cards, file covers with PEMRA logo, pocket-size file covers, customized legal file covers, gift hand bags, computerized stamps, visiting cards, executive daak pads, letterhead pads - Photocopier toners (original Konica Minolta Bizhub-367 and Bizhub-450 I) - Computer accessories including power supplies, wireless and USB mice and keyboards, mouse pads, CMOS batteries, headphones, printer and power cables, portable hard drives, SSDs, flash drives, DVDs, CDs, network cards, routers, network cables and connectors, LAN testers, crimping tools, network switches, RAM modules, external HDD cases, VGA to HDMI converters, HDMI cables, USB-C docking stations, audio jack splitters The technical scope requires suppliers to provide original and high-quality items as per approved samples and specifications. Delivery schedules vary from same day to a few days depending on the item category. Suppliers must have a minimum of three years of relevant experience, an established office in Islamabad or Rawalpindi, and at least three clients in Pakistan in the last three years. A bid security of 5% of the bid value is mandatory. Key dates include the bid submission deadline on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, at 11:00 AM via the e-PADS portal, with technical proposals opening at 11:30 AM the same day.
