Tender Description
PASSCO invites electronic proposals for consultancy services to hire a third-party firm for monitoring and validating the wheat sale process of 500,000 MT. The assignment includes oversight of bidding, contract award, and sale operations.
The scope covers review of pre-qualification, bidding documents, contract awards, and monitoring of lifting, logistics, and compliance with PPRA rules. The firm will provide real-time monitoring via a dashboard, conduct risk assessments, and submit periodic and final validation reports.
