Supply of Thyristor Power Regulator, Vacuum Controller, and Lab Materials

The Head Procurement office in Islamabad invites sealed tenders from reputed manufacturers and stockists registered with the Sales Tax Department and having their own offices with telephone and fax facilities. The procurement is for the supply of the following items: - Thyristor Power Regulator, Fuse, Die for Shield Molding Press, Injection Molding Die, Sabic, Filtration Cell etc - Vacuum Controller - Lab materials including Alumina Plate, Mesh, End-fitting materials These items are required on an FOB Islamabad basis. Tender documents and detailed specifications can be obtained by submitting a written request on the firm's letterhead along with a bank draft or pay order of Rs. 2000 in the name of Director Finance, P.O Box 1482, Islamabad. Tender fee in cash will not be accepted. Bidders must submit a 2% earnest money of the total order value inclusive of GST in favor of Director Finance, P.O Box 1482, Islamabad. Tenderers who have failed to supply stores against previous orders will not be issued tender documents. The responsibility for postal delays rests with the tenderer. Envelopes must be superscribed with the tender number and due date. Late tenders will not be entertained. The validity of tenders must be at least 60 days from the date of opening. Tenders containing cutting or overwriting will be rejected. Payment will be made after satisfactory inspection and receipt of complete stores. Tender documents can be dispatched upon receipt of request and bank draft through dak, fax, or email. The original bank draft must be received one day before the opening date. The last date for issuance of tender documents is also one day before the opening date. The tender opening and receiving will take place on 18-11-2026 at 10:30 A.M and 11:00 A.M respectively. Interested bidders should ensure timely submission and compliance with all requirements.
