Tier III Design (TCDD) & Constructed Facility (TCCF) Certifications of NTC Primary Data Center Islamabad and Disaster Recovery Data Center Lahore

The National Telecommunication Corporation (NTC) invites bids for the procurement of Non-Consultancy Services related to Tier III Design (TCDD) and Constructed Facility (TCCF) Certifications of its Primary Data Center in Islamabad and Disaster Recovery Data Center in Lahore. The contractor will coordinate with NTC and a separate systems integrator for implementation of corrective measures. Training for NTC personnel on Accredited Tier Designer certification is also included. Technical scope covers detailed engineering calculations, CFD modeling, power analysis, documentation management, value engineering, and adherence to stringent standards including Uptime Institute Tier Standards, ASHRAE, NFPA, IEC, and local Pakistani regulations. The project requires delivery within specified timelines: 30 days for TCDD certifications, 10 days for gap assessments, 30 days for TCCF certifications post-implementation, and 45 days for training. Eligibility criteria include FBR registration, authorization by certification bodies, experience with at least 5 data center tier certifications, and employment of at least 3 Accredited Tier Designers. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by 11:00 AM on October 30, 2026, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day.
