Supply of Toner Cartridges and Miscellaneous Stationery Items for Office Use

The Office of the Deputy Election Commissioner Peshawar invites sealed bids from eligible firms for the supply of toner cartridges and miscellaneous stationery items required for official use. This procurement is being conducted under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) rules for the financial year 2024-2025. Earnest Money equivalent to 2 percent of the total bid value must be submitted in the form of a Pay Order or CDR in favor of the DDO/Deputy Election Commissioner Peshawar. Bids must be submitted through the e-bidding system (E-PADS) by the deadline of 19 September 2026 at 11:30 AM. Late or incomplete bids will not be considered. The opening of technical bids will take place on the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
