Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration where applicable. Bidders must submit photocopies of registration/pre-qualification/indexation letters issued by HIT/DGP/MoDP or semi-government organizations if any, attested registration certificates from Sales Tax Department, NTN certificates, audit reports for last 3 financial years, attested bank statements for last year, attested CNIC copies of CEO/Director, trade link proof between firm and OEM if distributor/agent, judicial certificate worth Rs 100 attested by Oath Commissioner confirming firm is not blacklisted or suspended, documentary evidence of contracts executed in last 3 years with government or semi-government organizations, and a postal order of Rs 2000 in favor of Director Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCM), HIT Taxila. Bids must be submitted by 03 November 2026 at 1030 hours with opening at 1100 hours the same day. The procurement is located in Taxila, Punjab.
