Development of Trampoline and Allied Recreational Adventure Facilities at Safari Park Karachi

Karachi Metropolitan Corporation (KMC) invites proposals for the development of trampoline and allied recreational adventure facilities at Safari Park, Karachi. This project falls under recreational facilities and construction categories, aiming to enhance public amusement and physical activity spaces in Karachi. The scope includes establishing a trampoline park with multiple activity zones such as adult and kids trampoline courts, soft play areas, ninja courses, foam pits, and basketball trampoline courts. The site is approximately 11,000 sq. ft. at Safari Park. The vendor will be responsible for design, installation, operation, and maintenance, including safety systems, customer service, and visitor management. The project requires compliance with international safety standards and local regulatory approvals. The vendor must also construct modern washrooms, food and beverage cabins, ticketing booths, and waiting lounges. Bidders must hold a valid PEC registration in category C-3, be on the FBR Active Taxpayer List, and provide evidence of financial capability of at least PKR 25 million. The contract requires a security deposit of PKR 5 million and monthly rent payments to KMC. The contract term is four years, extendable upon mutual consent.
