Tender Description
National Grid Company (NGC) Of Pakistan Limited invites eligible consulting firms and joint ventures to submit proposals for construction supervision and allied consultancy services for a 220 kV D/C Twin Bundle Transmission Line. The assignment covers the route from Mohmand Dam HPP to 500/220/132 kV Sheikh Muhammadi Substation, with two route sections: (1) Mohmand Dam HPP to Jamrud, approximately 58 km; and (2) Jamrud to Sheikh Muhammadi Substation, approximately 42 km. The Project Manager will be stationed at Islamabad, while field supervision will cover the project sites and associated facilities.

The principal scope includes construction supervision, project management, quality control, health and safety oversight, verification of contractor invoices, testing and commissioning, environmental management plan and resettlement action plan support, defects liability period supervision, and preparation of implementation, interface, monthly, quarterly, final, and project completion reports. Applicants must be active taxpayers on the Federal Board of Revenue and relevant provincial Active Taxpayer Lists for income and sales tax.
