Transport Requirement (on Rent basis) for SNGPL Cricket Team

The Admin Department. (Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL)) invites bids for the provision of transport services on a rental basis specifically for the SNGPL Cricket Team. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and involves the hiring of vehicles and loaders to facilitate team transportation across multiple cities including Islamabad, Peshawar, Abbottabad, and Rawalpindi, with the issuing office located in Lahore. Items being procured: - AC Coaster Model 2022 & Above (7am to 7pm) with daily quantities ranging from 5 to 10 vehicles depending on the city and date - Shahzor (weatherproof and lockable cargo compartment) with Loader, scheduled for various times and dates across the same cities The scope includes transportation from hotels to cricket grounds and back, covering venues such as Diamond Cricket Ground Islamabad, KRL Cricket Ground Rawalpindi, Imran Khan Cricket Stadium Peshawar, and Abbottabad Cricket Stadium. The vehicles must be roadworthy, mechanically fit, and comply with all legal requirements including route permits, registration, fitness certificates, and insurance. The contractor is responsible for all fuel, maintenance, driver salaries, and related expenses. Drivers must hold valid driving licenses and maintain professional conduct. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with FBR, possess active tax certificates, and have drivers with valid licenses. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by the deadline of Thursday, August 27, 2026 at 03:00 PM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 03:30 PM. Manual submissions are not accepted. Bid security in the form of Pay Order or Banker's Cheque is mandatory.
