Punjab Workers Welfare Fund, Labour & Human Resource Department is inviting e-bids for the hiring of transport services for Workers Welfare Higher Secondary School (Boys), Labour Colony, near Gulshan e Usman, Rahim Yar Khan. The procurement is for providing pick and drop facilities to students for the academic years 2026-27 and 2027-28. All vehicles must comply with Punjab Transport Authority and Motor Vehicle Examiner requirements. Bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and submit bids electronically. Earnest Money of 2 percent of the estimated contract amount (CDR/Bank Guarantee) is required. Only firms on the FBR Active Taxpayers List are eligible. Technical and financial bids must be submitted separately as per the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. The last date for online submission of bids is **24.09.2026 at 11:00 a.m.** Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 a.m. at the office of the Divisional Director of Labour Welfare, Rahim Yar Khan. Financial bids will be opened on **08.10.2026 at 11:00 a.m.** Tip: Ensure all vehicle documents and refurbishment certificates are up to date and properly verified to avoid disqualification during technical evaluation.
