Transportation, Erection and Earthing of HT/LT PC Spun Hollow Poles (45, 36 & 31 Feet) for Gujranwala Electric Power Company Limited

The Gujranwala Electric Power Company Limited (GEPCO) invites sealed tenders from prequalified and registered contractors for the transportation, erection, and earthing of HT/LT PC spun hollow poles of lengths 45, 36, and 31 feet. This procurement is specific to works under GEPCO in Gujranwala and surrounding districts including Sadhoke, EAP SKP Road, Chichoke Mallian, R.K Pindi Bhattian, Chiniot, Shah Kot, and Bhai Phero. Items being procured: - Transportation of 45ft PC Spun Hollow Poles - Erection of 45ft PC Spun Hollow Poles - Transportation of 36ft PC Spun Hollow Poles - Erection of 36ft PC Spun Hollow Poles - Transportation of 31ft PC Spun Hollow Poles - Erection of 31ft PC Spun Hollow Poles - Earthing of PC Spun Hollow Poles (45, 36, and 31 feet) as per GEPCO/WAPDA latest SOP and standard design/specifications. All works will be executed strictly as per GEPCO/WAPDA latest standard design, specifications, and instructions. Materials will be provided by the employer except HT/LT PC poles which will be collected by the contractor from designated PC Pole Plants. Valid PEC registration in categories E04 and E05, FBR registration, satisfactory performance certificates, and bid security of Rs. 400,000/- valid for 90 days are mandatory. Bids without bid guarantee or required documents will be rejected. Tender submission and opening will be conducted through EPADS V-2.0 portal. The last date for uploading bids is 11:00 AM on 12-11-2026, with public opening at 11:30 AM the same day at the office of the Project Director Construction, GEPCO Gujranwala. The contract includes furnishing labor, materials, equipment, and services for the complete execution of the works. The successful bidder will provide a performance security of 10% of the contract price. The contract duration and completion time will be as per work order issued by the Engineer. Liquidated damages of Rs. 5,000 per day apply for delays, subject to a maximum of 10% of contract price.
